Sustainable Cooperative: Prosperity for Everyone

The Manuel Guianga and Sirib Growers and Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (MAGSIGE MPC) was organized in 2008 at Barangay Manuel Guianga, Tugbok, Davao City and was formally registered with the Cooperative Development Authority on September 10, 2008. The cooperative was primarily established to address the labor inefficiencies experienced by the banana growers of Barangay Guianga and Sirib at that time.

Since its establishment, MAGSIGE MPC grew into one of the top-performing cooperatives in the Davao region and in the Philippines. MAGSIGE MPC expanded to different areas in Mindanao with five (5) satellite offices located in Matalam, North Cotabato; Tboli, South Cotabato; Tagbina, Surigao del Sur; and the main Davao City office.
