    To be assigned in Calinan, Davao City

    Keeping an eye on developing trends and on what the competition is doing and analyzes specific sectors or markets. He is also responsible for developing and implementing the Cooperative’s Online Platforms strategy in order to increase online presence and improve the Cooperative’s marketing and sales efforts.

    Qualifications;

    • BS in Bus. Admin. Maj. In Marketing graduate or equivalent with at least 3-year experience
    • Good understanding of market research techniques and statistical data
    • With excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
    • Customer oriented
    • With experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
    • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
    • Understanding of web traffic metrics
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing
    • Excellent multitasking skills
    • Great leadership skills
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills
    • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
